Independent by design

We compare the product, not the payout

Our source standards, pricing refresh policy, editorial independence, evidence limits and correction process.

Our standard

Every important product claim should have a traceable source. Every recommendation should explain a fit. Every unknown should remain visible.

What this research is—and what it can establish.

V1 is an independent desk-research decision product. We reviewed official pricing, documentation and program terms on 2026-09-27. We have not run a hands-on, controlled benchmark of these four platforms. No rating, latency claim or customer outcome is presented as our own test result.

Product capability means “documented by the vendor.” It is not a guarantee for every plan, carrier, region or connector. Industry call maps, pilot checklists and fit judgments are our editorial frameworks, not vendor endorsements or case studies.

Five evidence states.

  • Official-current: a primary source inspected within the freshness window.
  • Official-stale: primary evidence older than the 30-day review threshold.
  • Vendor claim: a supplier statement that has not been independently tested.
  • Verified test: a reproducible observation with methods and conditions. None are claimed in V1.
  • Unverified: insufficient evidence; show Unknown instead of filling the gap.

How pricing is checked.

  1. Open the official pricing page and relevant billing documentation.
  2. Record the date, source URL, billing model, included units and excluded components.
  3. Preserve the snapshot and distinguish a sample configuration from a universal rate.
  4. Recheck when plans, model costs, carriers or commercial terms change.

Our operating target is a weekly pricing review, with a visible stale warning after 30 days. This is a manual policy, not a claim that an automated monitoring service is already running. Older snapshots remain in version control.

How fit is decided.

Start with the team’s technical ownership, required business actions, escalation process, voice needs and cost structure. Commission rates are stored separately and never enter this reasoning. We use “better fit for” rather than an unsupported overall winner.

Corrections and limits.

Follow the source link to verify a disputed detail. The site owner can reproduce the issue from the page URL, claim and current primary source, then update the structured record and preserve its history. A public correction inbox has not yet been established; do not send sensitive call data through this site.
